I have an account with Upstox and many a times it was required to reach out the Upstox Customer Care to get solution to my issues.

I mainly trade through Zerodha, but I also have an account in Upstox as stand by. If any issues with Zerodha charts, I fall back on Upstox Pro tool and place order in Zerodha through call and trade.

So here in this post I am explaining various ways to contact Upstox including Upstox Customer care numbers.

About Upstox :

Upstox is the second largest stock broker of India after Zerodha.

Though started almost at the same time as that of Zerodha, growth of Upstox was not quick as that of Zerodha initially.

But in last couple of months, they have catched up, thanks to their aggressive marketing.

Upstox Customer Care Modes:

If you have any issue related to Upstox, there are multiple ways through which you can get help in resolving the issues faced by you. They are,

  • Online Support Data base
  • Email
  • Telephonic Support

However, Upstox don’t have online chat support .

Online Support Database:

Upstox has Help Center which has the online database of queries and solution to them which are frequently asked by their customers.

So to if you are facing any issues which are generic one, it is advised to go through the database first and sort it out yourself.

This is the fastest method of resolving the issue if they have already provided the solution to the same issue faced by other customers.

If the issue is not listed here, you can proceed to next level of support system.

You can reach to Upstox customer care center though the contact number 022 4179 2999 . This phone number is of their Mumbai (Maharashtra) office.

Upstox Email Support:

You can also reach them through email. For each issue raised, they will create a service ticket.

It will have details of all the mail interaction you had with them.

It is wonderful mode of getting the help since everything is documented from the time of raising the issue, solution provided and time of closure.

  • Screenshot if any

Upstox Branches:

Unfortunately , Upstox don’t have as many branches as compared to Zerodha

They have presence only in Mumbai and New Delhi.
